Covid 19 Guidelines

Please attend your appointment unaccompanied (except where clients are under 18 years of age and must have one parent or guardian present).

Attend appointments punctually to ensure both your safety and that of other clients. Arriving late may result in your appointment being cancelled.

Clients will be asked to sanitise hands upon arrival and when leaving.

Clients must ensure areas are prepared and all hair removed ready for your laser procedure prior to attending your appointment. Clients having a face treatment must attend with no make-up.

Please limit wearing of jewellery, especially items which will need to be removed during treatments.

Safeguarding the health, safety and well-being of our customers is of paramount importance to us at the Skinroom.

To protect customers from the Coronavirus at The Skinroom, the following will be implemented:

A 30 minute gap between customers to clean and sanitise the treatment room.

I will be wearing a face shield.

Wearing gloves throughout treatments.

Ensure hands are washed and sanitised before and after each treatment.

Hand santitiser will be made available to all clients on arrival and exit.

If you have any of the following symptoms:

A new continious cough, a high temperature, loss or change to your sense of smell or taste, NHS medical advice states to immediately self-isolate at home for at least 7 days from when your symptoms started. If a member of your family displays any of these COVID-19 symptoms then you must also isolate for 14 days.
